• Capacity Building on various issues of rural people including women, Children, weaker sections  and farmers
• Building People’s Organizations for self-reliance; mainly organizing and strengthening of self-help groups and their federations
• Development Activities connected to environment protection, organic farming, dry-land horticulture, tree-planting and technology transfer such as vermi-composting, adoption of effective smokeless chullas and soil and water conservation.

• Formed 7 Self-Help Group federations and 1 Apex Body at the Block level to sustain and manage self-help groups with their own resources independently to support local SHGs

• 110 Women Self-help groups (SHGs) formed in 50 villages in Hunsur  and  Periyapatna taluks  of Mysore District.
